do you like bg music or no?
🕑 Added 2021-02-19 23:45:08 +0000 UTCHi y'all!! I'm putting together a little crochet video/tutorial (though I'm hesitant to call it a tutorial but I do walk you through making a cute coaster), and I was curious about whether or not I should put bg music..I'd be using my standard chill classical/jazz background music, but I know some folks like tutorial-type videos to not have any background noise so they can focus on the instructions. What would you guys prefer? Please let me know!! <3

I like your videos the way they are! I had to go back and see whether the ones I enjoyed had music, and they do, haha! I like that you keep the big track calming and soft.

It's not just having some bg music, the music you choose is so fitting and enjoyable!!

I've seen some asmr videos where the volume is the music is so low that at a certain level, you don't even hear it with the other sounds! That would prob be harder with a voiceover, but maybe something like that would be cool

i feel like as long as the music is lyricless and not competing with a voice then it's comprehensible!

You always pick the best music and it is always at the correct level. By the way how was Connor's birthday?

If it is classical music, that's ok. If it's that repetitive, mind numbing music, I won't watch. And god forbid it be music with lyrics.

One of the initial attractors for me to your videos was the liberal use of chill-out music for long stretches of time.

Just wanted to say I’m super excited for this video walk through! I just learned knitting over the holidays and have been terrified to try my hand at crocheting, hah
