process: I'm working on a collab with TL Yarn Crafts!!

Coming out of my quiet healing cocoon to share some cool fun news - I'm working on a collab with my fave crochet YouTuber, Toni from TL Yarn Crafts :3 I'm working with her on her fall merchandise collection ~ I was supposed to be working on this in September as well but for obvious reasons, I wasn't able to get any work done on it ;; SO I have to crunch a little bit this month to make sure I meet all of our deadlines, but I'm really optimistic, and it feels so cool and fun to get to combine my newfound love for fiber arts and my illustration work in such a professional setting :>
Here are some sketches from my sketchbook -- I definitely find it easiest to compile stuff in my iPad and transfer any traditional sketches to digital, but scribbling around in my sketchbook is very freeing and my favorite way to get started and figure out ideas~
I think once the project is done, I'd love to share the contract I wrote up for it too -- I used this video from Anoosha to write it, and my GODS it was so helpful ToT
I'll share more as I keep working on it, but I wanted to go ahead and share all the artboards I made up for my first round of sketches/concepts for each design. I just sent it to Toni, and I'm nervous/excited for the feedback heheh
