Love the box ❤ for a strawberry hit in your confections, crush and sift freeze-dried strawberries, let them rehydrate a little with a spoon of either strawberry liqeur or strawberry juice, then add to what you want. Brilliant for fillings and buttercreams, it will give a slightly speckled appearance to and a strong pink tint to the cream, but you can fix this a little by experimenting with different colours

This came out really incr-edible. Yeah I love using raspberry purée in buttercream but also find strawberry purée for some reason isn’t strong enough. So I actually add ground dehydrated strawberries as well to pump up the flavor.

What really got me excited about this video was the trick with the nylon and latex! I had NO idea human skin was that easy to recreate, and I will definitely save this in my mind for Halloween. I run my own haunted houses on occasion, and volunteer at others, so if I can make creepy human-like "skin", I can make batches of it in advance for the season.
