You’d LOVE the architecture. Across the river in New Albany, Indiana there’s a great section of old houses, too for way cheaper! ❤️

Christine, I can't decide if you are inspiring me or leading me down a dark and twisted path. My husband and I are recently retired and instead of slowing down and relaxing, we just looked at a big turn of the century house in costal Virginia that needs work. I said "Well, if Christine can do it, why can't I?" completely ignoring the fact that I am quite a bit older than you, my husband has had health issues and it is a totally new place we know nothing about.
