AMAZING job Christine!! I especially love re-watching episodes ;)
Jackie Blanch
I love your home. You’re inspiring me to be more creative. 🥰
Kirsten Verwindt
When you gonna do a epsiode about the covering for the tv?
Nat Caleti
You are such an inspiration
Victoria Beltran
That’s was a beautiful tour. Thank you for sharing some of your life and style xx Victoria
Kelly
How do you generate ideas of stuff to make/do and how do you plan it out - do you keep a journal, sketch it out?
Letha Anderson
First of all, your home is amazing - so fun, elegant and utterly charming, and second, I simply cannot wait for you to come east! Yay! I’m sure all of us will follow your new renovation projects with zeal when you find a new place! Happy house hunting!
Emma Cipolla
Thank you so much for sharing all of this. There is so much inspiration in this video. I really want to try my hand at painting “wallpaper” like you have. And seriously, that intro was perfection at its most perfect.
Aimee G
Love how you repurposed the old TV, and especially love how you covered the new flat screen too. So cool!
Sara Logan
I'd love to know how you hooked up Apple TV to your old Packard Bell tv. Is it just another device sitting behind the glass or is it actually running through the old television. I absolutely love old tvs, and that would be a fun project
Nancy Jones
I should leave you all my antiques when I die. What my daughter and nieces do not want I should pass to you. Many people do not have a love of antiques (which I find sad), but you do seem to appreciate the aesthetic.
Nancy Jones
What color yellow is that on your cabinets?
Theresa Clay
Will your cookbook be re-released??
Stacey Jelley
These are my goals, I love how you have a go at all these skills out of thriftiness, I am exactly the same. But that's how you make amazing unique things. I can't wait until you get your next home and we can see the journey you take with that.
raonaid
i mean, goals, honestly
Alfreda Payton
Oh! The fur babies 😍
Alfreda Payton
You made that house GORGEOUS! I fear for it once the new owners decide to decorate, though. HAVE SOME BALLS FUTURE OWNERS. You'll get a handcrafted gem for the price of a house.
Alfreda Payton
For a second I thought..... Christine spent big money on a suitcase! I should have know better! That picnic "basket" was worth ev-e-ry penny! I'm glad someone like you got it.
Amber
Loved this episode! Thank you for giving us the grand tour of your home! As wonderful as the current house is with all that you've done with it, I can't wait to see what you do with your dream house once you've found it! Happy Halloween!
Rachel Logan
This is my favorite episode, so far! I Love that you introduced your babies to us and invited us to view your beautiful home. Thank you <3
Kathleen Mroczko
I love that you are so into estate sales. As a life long garage saler and estate sale attendee, my house is full of just such treasures too. There is no better place to find something unique and just the right style. Thanks for providing more inspiration. Wish I could go junking with you sometime!! If you are ever in CO, our door will be open! You can even drag the hubby along, and he can keep mine company in the basement.
Jacy
I saw that Stephen King book! Your house is amazing, but I'm glad you're pursuing your dream house out east. Good luck!
Julia
I need to stop working in a cemetery, the living room reminded me of a vintage viewing room 🤓
Amanda Barnwell
I finally got to watch! This was an amazing episode! Thank you for sharing your home with us. I loved the intro and the ending, just a "normal" day in the McConnell Manor. Your picnic set is really something to be proud of having I can see why you like it so much!
Taylor Comeau
We used to sing Teddy bears have their picnic when I was a kid with my mom and sister! Such a sweet song and a beautiful picnic basket/record combo!
Cally
"Did I catch him? OK, good...get the handcuffs." Hahahaha that opening made me SO happy.
Tiffany Boyce
Your house is beautiful!!!
Celeste Young
So I somehow got the email with gingerbread recipes even though im Not a $7 tier member....that being said...since I cannot get into the question board on that post.....How Much is in one Jar of Molasses....we get ours in 1ltr size in Canada :) ?? Thanks!
Irene Watkins
This intro skit! To die for..... don't forget the handcuffs.
SweetAlissum
Wow I adore your little house! It's everything I dream about having down to the grandma kitchen with vintage appliances, and the gorgeously painted walls, though I admit I'd have a lot more pink. The yellows in your dining and kitchen area and blues in your bedroom though were to die for pretty. I feel like we missed an intro to one of the kitties! There was a little tuxedo sitting in the kitchen at one point and I didn't hear the name. Who is that little baby? :)
Summer Styles
Awesome house live how you made it your own piece by piece. Very inspiring from the painting on the walls to the tv cover even to the ways you find items. I look forward to future episodes!
Hawkzeyes
This was really beautiful and chalk full of info. It was cool to see through all of your home and hard work. Also I don't have a microwave either because I'm a kitchen witch and it throws off my whole kitchen look lol. Whatever you can do with a microwave you can do with a stove or oven.
Aisling Doherty
Think it would be amazing if you did a German expression Victoria secret , instead of angel wings ... bat wings and vintage lingerie , you would look even more stunning :) but good luck on make the holiday ideas , can’t wait cx
Christine McConnell
I am 1,000% going to do this!!! I'm tackling mostly Holiday themed projects through the end of the year, but come January, I'll start filming ALL sorts of fun projects like that, to do while we're all hibernating :)))
Aisling Doherty
Any chance you could make a video on making dresses or outfits xx
Mina Murray
My bedroom is also in an attic with slanting walls!
milena schumacher
I am obsessed with this episode! A few things that maybe it would be nice for you to show us would be how to make those 50s looking dresses and also how you edit and produce photos, like the tim burton one, or those with 5 Christines in the picture :)
Catlady
Great episode. Try estatesales.com and .net. They also have online estate sales.
Katie Ahseln
Can we please please PLEASE get a tutorial on how you make your clothes? I am OBSESSED with your opening dress in the woods.
Ina Keller
I would love to know how you connected apple tv on your 1949's tv. I have a 1950-60's tv that i want to do the same with!
Hollywood
honestly your work is sometime I am always in aw over and can only hope one day when I have a home they I make cute creations. Thanks for posting this. I really needed a good ending to my day.

I always look at these houses on For the love of old houses and always wonder which one you would pick!
Sara Clouse
Alright, now I’m wanting to buy a house in the woods, with the money I don’t have 😂 your house is SO BEAUTIFUL!! The work and care you’ve put into it really shows!!
Theresa Clay
Your house is beautiful! I'm just in a small apartment with a messy husband, so it's hard for me to make it look how I want. But I will just pretend I live in your house. LOL!
Bree
Man Christine blows me away with her talent. It was so much fun to spy into her life and her creations. Usually when someone is SO talented at so many things and on top of that a pretty face and good figure, they tend to come off as unlikable or fake. Christine becomes more likable to me everytime she talks about her life. She has this no-nonsense thing about her and she always comes of as sincere and unpretentious. I hope we get to see her new place...but stalkers ruin everything and this is why we can't have nice things.
Melissa
What brand is the picnic basket? I am dying to get one now. My Grandma had a similar one and I had forgotten about it until I saw yours. She passed recently and it would be nice to have one like she did🖤
Alexa Smith
I believe she said in grandma's pullout couch episode that she used Canadian smocking for the pleat pattern. Lots of YouTube vids for how to do it. :)
Brandon Grew
I have been so inspired by this tour; I’ve already planned a reno of the dining room in the imaginary house that doesn’t exist and that I don’t own. 😂🤣
Esther Reyes
Beautiful home 💕
ReelsandRoses .
Finally bit the Patreon bug! I also sent this episode as a warning to my boyfriend as to how I'll decorate a house.
Creepy Cat Lady
She didn't post it there accidentally, this is the public episode.
Kimberly Kay Ragsdale
love it!
Kelly Skelley
Lauren M
The quality of everything you do is amazing! 😻Thanks so much for answering my question 😊💕
Sarah Hufnagle
I could watch this episode 100 times and never get tired of it. It’s so inspirational and overall amazing!
ElleDeJour
I loveeeeeeeed seeing the inside of your home and even more of your creations! ❤️❤️❤️
Dan De Young
Loved the creativity of this episode and the score / music is superb!
Vicky Neish
I've had so much enjoyment out of your series, you are very talented and I look forward to seeing you make more things! You have been inspiring and your creative approach of fixing and trying anything reminds me to be free to give it a go. I've tried many things myself from sewing to stained glass, but not woodworking. Also thank you for being genuine regarding mess, collecting clutter and the time it takes to make things.
Vilde Maria Eljarbø
I've watched the episode 4 times already, love it! 😍 I get so inspired 🖤
Sabrina Quintanilla
It's really amazing how just little wood accents make all the difference. It really inspires me to change up spaces.
Jorja Thomas-Murcia
Amazingly different and love every second of it. You should be on HGTV.
Aunt Debbie Halloween
Yep - totally paused it to snoop her fridge!
Emilia Garza
Who else paused it when Christine opened her fridge to see what was inside, lol? Seriously though, you have a stunning home and are stunningly talented. My favorite vintage items are your O’Keefe and Merritt and the gramophone/picnic basket. Thank you so much for sharing!
Dawn Hessler
You are so talented and inspiring! I’m such a fan! Keep doing what you are doing! So happy to support such a beautiful artist🦇
Robyn Moore
This was so fun to see!
Karl Beck
Hope Sleepy Hollow is on your list of places to look for an old home !
Karl Beck
Thanks for sharing ! 🖤
Christina bush
I loved this so much
Alissa
This was such an amazing tour. Would love to see your bathroom and the episode where you show how to paint the wallpaper. Your amazing! Love ya doll!
Anthony Richards
How long did it take to learn all those skills and how many fails do yo ave
Amanda Arnold
I love everything about this house. It's so beautiful the character you were able to put back into it. Those corner cabinets are perfect! Also, funny thing, I have those same glasses you have in your dining room! I wish I could add a photo because I immediately ran to my cabinet to get one. They were my grandmother's, and when she passed, they were in storage for some time. I got to dig them out upon moving back into my own place. They're really beautiful!❤❤ I love that these kinds of things have stories, and that so many of your treasured items have one too
Anthony Ryan Bennett
Made my day. Thank you :)
Xanthe Nimmo
Love it!! I really love how you've adapted the TVs in your home , it inspires me to try the same as I also hate how much modern tvs stick out! I'd also die for your kitchen, it's so cosy
Meredith Steele
Amazing work you've done!! I can't wait to see what you do with the next house. I listened to Gunship for the first time today and am in love! Christine, you would also like Carpenter Brut and Dan Terminus. Dark wave music is one of my favorites!
Angela Pogue
Curious to see what direction you take an even older home. I thought i would like tons of era options but when we moved in to our historical Colonial home built in 1840 I found myself stalling out. I can't focus on a time period, especially since the last owners did a renovation with period correct colors, I appreciate their work! You're current home was built in the 30's so of course it would have had anything from the 20's on in it, adding years is hard!! Researching I found that the house was plumbed in the 60's so a least that's the look I'll go for in the bathroom!
Sydney Linders
Again another great episode! I love all of your antiques and seeing all the stuff you've been able to do motivates me to do the things I've been wanting to do. Please do a video about creating wallpaper and about the TV cabinet. I'd be very interested. Love it, thanks so much!
M. van der Linden
Really loved watching the tour, thank you for sharing! And we're already looking forward already to you getting your new grand mansion (with new possibilities awaiting a yonder!)! Also nice of showing us the picknick/music set. Never knew these things existed (the examples i've seen were only portable boxes with a gramophone in it). A very neat item!!
Elizabeth
The best tour ever!!! 🖤
Hannah
This was absolutely magical thank you so much for sharing I love your dark humour so much
Christie
I knew it would be amazing! thanks for sharing.
Kirsten Perez
Christine you can find gorgeous old houses- extremely affordable- on the East Coast in these areas (if you didnt already know)- Holyoke MA. Fall River MA, Providence RI. Check out this example:https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/211-Oak-St-Holyoke-MA-01040/56174840_zpid/
Brian Blanton
OMG! BRILLIANT mind!!! Loved it & thank you for sharing!
Bettie von Sweetz
L🎃V£D seeing your home and all the creations/antiques within it 🥰 adore and admire your work 💋💋
DeathFr0mAb0ve
I would absolutely love an instruction guide on how to make the TV Cabinet. My husband and I are getting ready to put a TV in the Guest Bedrooms and I would love to customize something to hide the TV's. I too hate the way that TV's look. And to be honest I dont like TV's in bedrooms. SO hiding them is ideal =)
Cosmeee
I would love to see your process on some of the outfits you make 🥰
Miss Adrian Lee
We're in the process of remodeling our home and thinking of what to do with the walls (our house is an old punk rock house and the walls are covered with graffiti. We used to be a touch wild!). I love your idea of hand painting them! I'm not sure I would have the patience, but it's definitely inspiring! Beautiful work!
melissa
my husband is in love with your carpentry skill and eye for remodeling which works as i enjoy your crafts and dresses. my kids when not enjoying your commentary play wheres the kitten smitten in the video. you my dear have officially taken over our household. lol
Rebecca Byington
I love you!!!!! This was so great
Kristina pierce
I was literally about to splurge and go buy an antique vanity today to go with my awesome vanity skull! (Ironically one that looks exactly like the one you have in the end) So thank you for saving me $200! I have been using an old antique mirror from goodwill and it along with myself and all of my makeup is just sprawled out all over the floor! The handmade table with the lace is genius!
Aunt Debbie Halloween
Wow! Perfectly decorated house!!!! You are so prolific!!! And the lighting and cinematography was outstanding!!! Aside from all of your creative projects, which are amazing, you are doing such a professional job producing these videos!!! (Oh, and my Mom donated my Teddy Bears Picnic record to a thrift store in Big Bear Lake in 1971...where did you get yours?)
Nikki
Christine I absolutely love your house and you’ve given me so much new inspiration for the house I just bought earlier this year! I will say though from one seamstress to another, I am shocked that you don’t own a gorgeous vintage machine that you keep out on display! Those old singers are work horses for sure! Two of my 6 machines are vintage singers :)
Juls
I am so on love with your house! It is beautiful and slightly creepy. And the view and being surrounded by so much Nature! You are an amazing Christine.
Laura Atkins
Thank you, this made my day 🖤🦇
Cat Bastarache
That intro was brilliant! Your comedic timing is spot on!
Ö.H
So incredibly inspiring.. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏼🖤
Angela Jones
This was brilliant. I think I grinned like an idiot the entire time. <3
Casually Cake
Top notch - absolutely loved it!
Katie
Whoa you're pants/outfit at the end were amazing. I'm guessing you made those yourself? Do you have a pattern for them? They reminded me a bit of the Tower of Terror hotel outfits at Disney World. I lovvved the colors!
Kelsey Bohl
This was great!! Please do a video on the television cabinet! I am in LOVE with that piece.
Christina Little
Loved it! Thank you so much!
Teri Nord
You are definitely a much cooler and talented version of me. Haha! I grew up poor and made my own clothes in high school and always had an alternative style. Most of my decor I made or pieced together. Everyone thinks I spend so much but truth is it was all very cheap! I am so frugal. I wish I had your carpentry skills though. I am slowly learning. Thank you for giving me something to aspire to!
Amanda Poole
This was amazing! Very inspiring!
Ben
Hilarious.
Jennifer Lewis
Thank you!
KHAAAN Joger
So cool, thank you Christine!!! Apple TVs have a neat feature where you can use your own iCloud shared pictures as a screen saver. For fun, you can share an album of a few creepy pictures mixed with, for example, a bunch of static and all-black images, then use the fade transition to have spooky stuff fade in from nothing.
Cathy Aquilina
Perfect! An Okeefe & Merritt stove and a picnic basket/gramophone playing The Teddy Bears picnic! Will admit those are my two favorite items in your home, especially your stove. Thank you for sharing!
Marissa Perkins
Definitely love all the hand painted wallpaper, the t.v. cabinet and couch from episode one. You should be proud ... your ingenuity is second to none. I have found these growing up poor has given me a creative eye and outside of the box approach to life , so for that I am grateful. !!
Marisel Lopez
I have the blue tea set match to the plates you have above your kitchen cabinets! I admire you so much.
Katherine
Love your house it’s amazing!! It gives me some idea for when I get my own house. Can’t wait to see how you decorate your dream house!
Paula Osborne
Aww that cheered me up a little bit.
Anna Marie
great episode! love the house decor ideas!
Anna Marie
could you please show us how you do the pleated round cushion covers?
Virginie Guillard
Your House is amazing ! Painting the walls as you did is incredible! I don’t understand everything, my English is too bad, but this video is great! What a job! Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
Elle
I told my mom when I was younger that my dream home was "the original Addams family TV show, but pastel" and your kitchen, dining room, and bedroom are just 😘👌 absolutely what I imagined.
Emma Wong
This was so incredible! The downstairs room is what my dreams are made of!
gwenski
Such a beautiful house! I know your next will be just as amazing. So happy that you are able to reach for your dreams.
Nicholas Frig
This is peak Christine McConnell. The opening had me dying. "Get the handcuffs." Lol! And the ending? Everything in your home is amazing. Thank you so much for this! And thank you so much for answering my question! I am totally adding them on instagram!

Tira
Did not think I could love her more, but then she shows us her house! Love watching her amazing!!!
Olive
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Interestingly enough, the one detail that stuck with me was how much you look like your mom. What a wonderful picture!
Kassandra Love

Orealgreenleaf
Love the video! Your house is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your personal space with us.
Chris B.
Wonderful - loved the tour! You need to take that incredible picnic basket out to Gatsby Summer Afternoon at the Dunsmuir House in Oakland. So glad you’ve launched your show. Also, would love to learn more about how you rigged up your vintage TV to work with Apple TV (future epi?) Cheers!
Lora Edwards
Fantastic episode thank you for sharing!
Kait
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. I always thought the wall paper in your living room was lovely. When you said that you hand painted all of your walls I was absolutely blown away. Your house is beautiful and has so much character. Thank you again for opening your home to us.
Christina
It is so cool to see how you did all these projects yourself and on a tight budget! Every video is better and better! 😻From the intro to the spooky soundtrack to the costume changes!! Thanks for sharing.

Hey Christine! Your home is beautiful and I think it's really cool you know how to make furniture/ flower boxes, etc, from scratch! Absolutely love your videos and your style. Watching you renovate your new big house will be amazing :) can't wait. Sending love all the way from Australia :)

Lori Vanlandingham
Absolutely amazing!! 🖤🖤🖤
Brandon Grew
Thank you for answering my question! I absolutely can relate. People ask how I’m creative yadda yadda, and I’m just like, I am way too picky and way too cheap to be able to afford to NOT be! 🤣
Yisim Lampiris-Tremba
I absolutely love your house, but I understand there is a new calling. I too am moving to the East Coast. I have found my double life house, dream house. Built in the 1700s but renovated in 1901. This is our calling. Thank you for showing us your beautiful home!
Summer Rose Barnes
Awesome, great job! Can't wait for more inspo.
Rachel
I love the longer videos!
Sarah Bear
I absolutely loved this video! It's given me plenty of ideas for my own home. Also I loved the length of the episode, it gave me more time to process all the awesomeness.
