I'm not sure about this year, but when I moved up tiers, it did take a couple of months to get the autograph and I'm in the US. Now, I'm sure there are more shipping delays. There aren't really many new posts for the upper tiers, but I will say the Halloween card was amazing and I'm looking forward to the annual gift. I think those two things make it worth it, plus I like supporting Christine's work.

I was on Tier 2 for the longest time and initially there were all the additional benefits for that Tier but they seem to have gone away for at least the last 6 months...so I just dropped down to Tier 1 again. Love the content and all the hard work that goes into the content, she is unbelievably talented. Think she must have gotten too busy to keep up with the different Tiers.

I inherited some (I think) boar bristle brushes from my Mother, very fine quality, natural bristle etc. Well, nevermind my hair, each of my cats loved being brushed with them, came running when I picked one up. Loved having their faces brushed, too, the dear little weirdos. So yes, eat beans and rice for a few weeks and get a natural bristle brush for your friends, they might grow to enjoy it. More like cat mother's tongue than the plastic or metal ones. If not, you can use it. 😹

Eric just because people have different information than you does not mean it is misinformation and propaganda. The facts can be easily historically sourced and proven hence they are not "misinformation" or "propaganda". In fact they may see what we are seeing in the press as misinformation and propaganda and not the full story however you may think it is the absolute truth. Sorry I am not into "cancel culture".

Thank you Donna ! People need to understand there are political motives happening here and the Ukraine is not the angel that the press is portraying and it is the people who suffer. The Ukraine government has gone so far as to BOMB its own people prior to ALL of this! Those areas of the Ukraine want to leave but the Ukraine government don't want to let those break away regions leave conflict after conflict. And yes the Ukraine government is in fact a notorious hot bed of political global money laundering and trafficking.

i know im a little late to the conversation here BUT there really is a connection between ancient greek design (ie the keys design), ancient roman design and sea monsters/nautical art in mosaics and if you look up ancient greek and roman art and mosaics there are amazing pictures of sea monsters and ocean life

Also that is a monumental price tag regarding the roof replacement! Yikes! I wonder if it would be worth looking into doing a synthetic slate roof replacement instead (or using clay or even concrete)? I'm just thinking those materials might be a lot cheaper overall but maybe just as durable? Please, please PLEASE watch a movie I am recommending: The Changeling with George C. Scott. You will love it. If you look up comments online, those of us who have seen it consider it one of, if not THE best haunted house movie of all time. It has a beautifully haunting musical score the Captive will appreciate and the whole atmosphere is evocative of your mansion in New York. I think you would love this movie, and though it was well received when it was released in 1979/1980, it is not well known now. Those who discover it are usually blown away by it. It is available on Youtube, if you watch New Castle After Dark, they have featured the movie on their channel. Yes, it's a bit dated now, but the storyline is great and the setting is timeless.
