the scene where they talk about orson lannister was actually a jab at a critique of the show by Orson Scott Card - Orson is entirely made up by the show and that's also why he's 'slow' and implied as mentally disabled. It was just the showrunners at the time being petty and sneak dissing someone who didn't like their stuff by making a joke about the disabled

Dany 🤝🏻 her closest people betraying her Poor girl has gone through it her whole life.
