ウジ虫たちにとってこの行為が何の目的があるでしょうか？
この行為の目的を決めることができないので、この場面をいつ使えばいいのか、どう使えばいいのかわかりません。
アイデアはありますか？

Do not worry so much about storylines. "How did they get here?" "Why are they doing that?" "What happens after the end?" Questions like this are arbitrary. Shouldn't art be up to the creator's freedom and the viewers' interpretations? After all, I believe many people are here simply to see your animations, not to analyze your works like books.

力を消耗させる場面は序盤に必要だから…序盤に追加することにしましょう。

繁殖が終わってもう母胎として使う必要がなくなったので餌に変えるために弱らせてる、とかですかね...（残酷ではありますが虫が他者を苗床にする時は餌にするまでがセットなので） 力尽きて無反応になったところでウジ虫に埋もれていつもの暗転ゲームオーバーとか？

卵の殻とか…？虫の幼虫は孵化してすぐ食べるらしいですし

後ろで抑えつけてる虫が更に太い物を捩じ込もうとしたけど入り切らなくて小さな虫達に出入りさせて拡張している、とかで使えないでしょうか？

いつも素敵な作品の数々にお世話になっています。 他の方も言っているように「虫にとっての娯楽」説がいいかもですね… もしくは、この行為によってより効率的に繁殖が出来るor繁殖の準備が進む……とかですかね…？
