some icons for people who are playing on DirectX11. If that happened to you please send me a screenshot of the icon so I can look into it!
In other news I am still trying to fix the hospital gown issue. It is turning out to be harder than expected as the game forces sims to change into the hospital gown every time they sit/recline on the hospital bed, and Im trying to find a way to stop that with my lv1 python skill lol 🥸

Wow okay, so I noticed a few medical issues with the babies, did you create the ultrasound lamp they use it to help the baby when they have jaundice. My nephew had jaundice when he was born and thats what they did . I worked in a NICU briefly its amazing that you did pneumothorax, have you thought of BPD bronchopneumodisplasia, they survive but the little one is on oxygen for a long time or they use ECMO depending on severity.
