I Got Some Bad News Today

I got back from a friend's wedding today to some really horrible news: my grandmother has just entered hospice care, and only has a few days left to live.
She's my last surviving grandparent. In the last two and a half years I've lost my father, his father, and now his mother. I've found that death is easier to accept when you know it's coming. She was an extraordinarily strong woman. I spent a lot of time at her house as a kid. She taught me how to ride a bike. Every morning before school she'd drill me on my vowels. When I got good grades (we're talking ancient history at this point) in school she'd reward me by taking me to Borders and letting me pick out a book. It's because of her that I was such a voracious reader when I was younger. Even after being a colossal fuck up for more than half my life she still loved me unconditionally.
I'm kind of a mess right now. Life has been awesome and horrible at the same time lately.
What I'm getting at is that Army Wives might be late this week. I hate blowing deadlines. I really do. It might go up on time, I don't know. My brain is weird. Sometimes I'll throw myself into my work to distract myself. But I'm still in shock over this whole thing and it's very hard for me to think about anything else. I promise I will have it up ASAP and hope you guys understand.
Oh. And Trevor Moore died. Which obviously isn't nearly as painful as losing my grandma but still really sucks.
