This past weekend I made a Hip Spica, a large and very challenging cast. And I was very excited to do it. I made the cast on Friday night and the goal was to stay until Sunday night. Two days of a lot of emotion. On Friday it was fun and I thought it was really cool when we finished the cast and it looked really beautiful. I liked the size and found it comfortable. I slept relatively well, not as well as I would have liked, but I slept well. Saturday I stayed home all day, did some photos and videos and had a nice day, eating and drinking white wine with that huge cast. It was a delight. Saturday night I slept much better and in the morning I had a nice breakfast and soon after I went to get ready to leave the house, take some pictures and make some videos outdoors. I chose a nice dress and we left the house. Given the difficulties of the cast, it was easy to get in the car and go to a square that I like to go. I got there, it was hotter than I thought, but the sun was nice. I entered the square, walked a little on crutches and took some photos. I decided to walk around the square on crutches and after a few minutes walking I realized that I started to get weaker. I wanted to sit down, but where I was there was no bench and that big cast made it impossible to sit anywhere. My boyfriend hugged me and held me. After that I got very dizzy, passed out, and lost consciousness. It took me about 3 to 4 minutes to come back and by then two people had come to help my boyfriend. This in a normal situation would be horrible enough, but with a huge cast like this it was much worse. Some people wanted to call an ambulance but luckily I woke up first. It would not be easy to explain the reason for such a huge cast and it would be even worse if any of my relatives were told. Finally it took me about 40 minutes to get better and get to the car. I have had this before, and it is called vasovagal syndrome, which is the lack of oxygen going to the brain and the heart. Since it hadn't happened to me for a long time, I hadn't told my boyfriend about it, and we have been together for two years. I ended up not producing as much material as I would have liked, but I registered a lot of nice things. To be thankful that everything turned out well and that I am here and healthy. Am letzten Wochenende habe ich einen Hip Spica gemacht, einen großen und sehr anspruchsvollen Wurf. Und ich war sehr aufgeregt, ihn zu machen. Ich habe den Gips am Freitagabend gemacht und das Ziel war es, bis Sonntagabend zu bleiben. Zwei Tage voller Aufregung. Am Freitag hat es Spaß gemacht, und ich fand es wirklich cool, als wir mit dem Gips fertig waren und er wirklich schön aussah. Ich mochte die Größe und fand es bequem. Ich habe relativ gut geschlafen, nicht so viel, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte, aber ich habe gut geschlafen. Am Samstag blieb ich den ganzen Tag zu Hause, machte ein paar Fotos und Videos und hatte einen schönen Tag, aß und trank Weißwein mit diesem riesigen Gips. Es war ein Vergnügen. In der Nacht zum Samstag habe ich viel besser geschlafen, und am Morgen habe ich gut gefrühstückt und mich bald darauf bereit gemacht, das Haus zu verlassen und draußen ein paar Fotos und Videos zu machen. Ich wählte ein schönes Kleid und wir verließen das Haus. Angesichts der Schwierigkeiten bei der Besetzung war es einfach, ins Auto zu steigen und zu einem Platz zu fahren, zu dem ich gerne gehe. Als ich dort ankam, war es heißer als ich dachte, aber die Sonne war schön. Ich betrat den Platz, ging ein Stück auf Krücken und machte ein paar Fotos. Ich beschloss, auf Krücken um den Platz zu gehen, und nach ein paar Minuten merkte ich, dass ich schwächer wurde. Ich wollte mich hinsetzen, aber dort, wo ich war, gab es keine Bank und der große Gips machte es unmöglich, irgendwo zu sitzen. Mein Freund umarmte mich und hielt mich fest. Danach wurde mir sehr schwindlig, ich wurde ohnmächtig und verlor das Bewusstsein. Es dauerte 3 bis 4 Minuten, bis ich wieder zu mir kam, und zwei Leute waren bereits gekommen, um meinem Freund zu helfen. In einer normalen Situation wäre das schrecklich, aber mit einem so großen Gips war es noch viel schlimmer. Einige Leute wollten einen Krankenwagen rufen, aber zum Glück bin ich früher aufgewacht. Es wäre nicht einfach, den Grund für einen so großen Gips zu erklären, und es wäre noch schlimmer, wenn meine Verwandten davon erfahren würden. Schließlich dauerte es etwa 40 Minuten, bis es mir besser ging und ich zum Auto kam. Ich hatte das schon einmal, es nennt sich vasovagales Syndrom, das ist der Sauerstoffmangel, der zum Gehirn und zum Herzen geht. Da es mir schon lange nicht mehr passiert war, hatte ich meinem Freund nichts davon erzählt, und wir sind schon seit zwei Jahren zusammen. Am Ende habe ich nicht so viel Material produziert, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte, aber ich habe viele schöne Sachen aufgenommen. Ich möchte mich einfach dafür bedanken, dass alles gut ausgegangen ist und dass ich hier bin und gesund bin. Ein Kuss an euch alle!!!

Neste último final de semana eu fiz um Hip Spica, um gesso grande e bem desafiador. E eu estava muito empolgada para fazer. Fiz o gesso na sexta a noite e o objetivo era ficar até domingo a noite. Dois dias de muita emoção. Na sexta foi divertido e achei muito legal a hora que terminamos e gesso e ele ficou muito lindo. Gostei do tamanho e achei confortável. Dormi relativamente bem, não tanto quanto gostaria, mas dormi bem. Sábado fiquei o dia todo em casa, fiz algumas fotos e vídeos e tive um dia agradável, comendo e bebendo vinho branco com aquele gesso enorme. Foi uma delícia. Na noite de sábado dormi bem melhor e pela manhã tomei um café da manhã gostoso e logo após eu fui me arrumar para sair de casa, tirar uma fotos e fazer uns vídeos ao ar livre. Escolhi um vestido bonito e saímos de casa. Dadas as dificuldades do gesso, foi tranquilo entrar no carro e ir para uma praça de gosto de ir. Cheguei lá, estava mais quente do que pensava, mas o sol estava gostoso. Entrei na praça, andei um pouco de muleta e fiz algumas fotos. Resolvi dar uma volta na praça de muletas e após alguns minutos andando percebi que comecei a ficar mais fraca. Eu queria sentar, mas aonde eu estava não tinha um banco e aquele gesso grande impossibilitava de sentar em qualquer lugar. O meu namorado me abraçou e me segurou. Depois disso eu fiquei muito tonta, desmaiei e perdi a consciência. Demorei uns 3 a 4 minutos para voltar e com isso duas pessoas já tinham vindo ajudar o meu namorado. Isso em uma situação normal já seria horrível, mas com um gesso enorme desse foi muito pior. Algumas pessoas queriam chamar uma ambulância mas por sorte acordei antes. Não seria fácil explicar o motivo de um gesso tão grande e seria ainda pior se algum parente meu fosse avisado. Por fim demorei uns 40 minutos para melhorar e conseguir ir até o carro. Já tive isso outras vezes, e se chama síndrome do vasovagal que é a falta de oxigênio que vai para o cérebro e para o coração. Como fazia muito tempo que não acontecia comigo, eu não havia falado para o meu namorado e estamos juntos há dois anos. Acabei não produzindo tanto material como gostaria mas registrei muitas coisas legais. Agradecer por ter terminado tudo bem e que estou aqui e com saúde. Um beijo para todos vocês!!!

Maybe so Ely, but I have had this problem other times. The first times I thought it was because of being in a closed place or with little ventilation, then I thought it could be because of crowds of people, but in the end this can happen in any situation. That's life (Lol)

I didn't go through that much, I think my boyfriend was in a more complicated situation. I just woke up from the scare feeling a little nauseous. I'm glad I woke up in time Egon!!! :/

Oh my God, it must have been a terrible experience, moments of pure panic, luckily you recovered, otherwise think what an embarrassment to end up in hospital with HS, all is well when it ends well. The important thing is that you're okay. Um Bejo😘⚘⚘
