100 patrons? Kind of?
🕑 Added 2018-08-02 01:10:49 +0000 UTCThis patreon hit 100 people at the end of the month but it dropped back down to 88 when payments started getting sucked in and subsequently declined. It's still a milestone worth celebrating, so I'll think of something while it crawls back to 100 to reward the gang with this month!

It seems like Patreon moved locations (to UK?) and because it's a different entity with the same name trying to charge you, that triggered a lot of bank anti-fraud systems.

Same here. My card was rejected by my bank as suspicious activity for some reason. But after retrying it it seems to have worked.

I think that its possible that this whole credit card thing is why your patreon numbers went down so heavily. Multiple people are getting hit by it.

I actually had to do this same thing so thank you! First card was declined for no reason other than it suddenly thought patreon was suspicious but retrying didn't work either. A second card with the same bank gave me the same issue, so running it through paypal fixed it.

Found a bandaid fix. Anyone having problems with false declines try using Paypal.

trying to get my payment to get accepted. Nothing's wrong with my card, and I've had this new one used for 5 months. It has to be an annoying bug or something
