End of year 2021 Financial Progress Report!

We're surviving. If you want ore details - here's the entire history of our pledge growth since we started. Can't get more transparent than that! :)
Honestly, we do pretty well on Steam, which is where a good bit of our funding comes from. Without our steam customers, we couldn't keep a team this big running this long. But Patreon plays a huge part in our success. It's not just about the money, but about the dedication our Patrons show to the game. Notes and playtesting, being part of our community on Discord, sharing our screenies and art on social media... It's huge. And we're genuinely grateful.
We're also happy to say that every single month we have run this game, we have had more people join our Patreon than leave. This means we're still growing, and this is GREAT. Every month, we have a bunch of people join as they find the game and want to support us, and every month we lose some at the end of the month; a sort of wave-pattern. But every wave in is a bit bigger than the wave out, and every month, the Patreon grows a bit more.
The problem is, as you can see, the waves have been growing smaller. While we're still growing, the speed at which we're growing is slowing down. And we'd love to see that reverse. Obviously, YOU can be part of that solution.
It's the holiday season, and a lot of you are doing your Christmas shopping. We'd love it if you were to consider giving YOURSELF a gift this Christmas: The gift of LewdGames! Donating to this Patreon helps us keep the lights on, and helps us deliver more LewdGames to you in the upcoming year. Think of it as investing in some good gameplay next year.

If people are interested, I can share more. Honestly, I would estimate that I spend about 1/3 of my time writing, 1/3 managing the design of the game, and 1/3 doing marketing and business. A good 1/3 of Droid's time is spent doing Steam stuff, videos, and marketing as well. It's a much bigger part of making lewd games than I think most people imagine. And w/o it, very quickly you shut down and stop developing. And nobody wants THAT. :)
