you joined in November with tier 1$ ,charged in December with tier 1$ then changed into tier 5$ in December, you'll get December reward if you go through charge day with tier 5$ you can check the situation graph

every month is different ,you got charged in Dec = get November reward charged in Jan = get Dec reward

donno ,I didn't change the setting , I create file with 3200x2400 300dpi ,maybe jpg output has some problem

Wonder why jpg sizes became much smaller since Jan 2020. In Jan 2020 each pic was about 5MB. After It was about 600kb. The resolution became lower as well.
