🕑 Added 2021-08-05 09:03:07 +0000 UTCI'm revisiting old works which I once saw as a chore but to my surprise it has been quite fun. I have new tools and new skills now so its alot easier to get what I want out of a sculpt.
I sculpted this guy quite a while ago without the pot helm and amphorae on his back. I did a bit of a kit bash with some bits and liked the way it looked that I always intended to do him as a full sculpt......so here he is.
Its about time I got on with the rest of slow project of the fantasy/sci-fi world I have wanted to fill out.

I will work out a recipe(products) and post it up but yes basically what you said. I’ve pretty much forgotten how to paint because I have been concentrating on sculpting. I’m a bit drawn to this basic look and may just pick out metal/rusty bits
Man oh man I love these sculpts. Gonna use them for sludge. Can I ask what you did for the painting. It looks like it's just primed with a wash for detail, but I love the look for sludge and want to copy it. Care to share?
