This reminds me of the FBI guy who was supposed to find the spy, only years later it turned out he was the spy himself and thus could move the investigation away from him. It would be really funny if Hope and Ligh know that "Zuku" is actually Shiro and hasn't been hired properly. But she does good work, so they keep her around. In fact, she might be a better cop than the usual Crusade brutes.
