Yup, that makes sense. They were all too weird to be real Crusade squires. At the very beginning it was stated that this "false squire gambit" used Ligh in the past because of all his... Ligh-ness. He never noticed before. So yeah, his previous squires were plants, too. But because he's so lucky, he got people who actually did the job and stayed on even after they no longer needed the disguises. I hope Shiro knows that Hope can track her. Because she wore her Crusade gear to some highly interesting locations. At least they still don't know that Zuku is Nightshade, Eclipse and Shiro. They might know that she was foreign nobility though, so that identity might be burned already. But hey, her disguise was going to fall apart soon anyway. She's trying to get Cold Moon Solutions off the ground again by selling hoverbikes. CMS uses her real identity and she's selling a hoverbike to a knight, who knows her as Zuku Ichima. Things are going to get awkward very soon, because the moment Shiro touches the Jaeger, she'll notice whatever Hope had them add to track her. Maybe she could distract everyone by giving Ligh the gun she received recently. Nothing more destructive than the most lucky person in the world firing the most random gun...
