Chapter Four
Bored Pilot is done bar questions for Eye in the Sky (last call today in you have any) and I'm happy with all the plot blocks for the Chapter per se.
I've also been tweaking Sarah's VR game a little and am adding a new option to the combat there allowing you to "taunt" your opponent. This has two benefits. Firstly, since both the MC and Sarah have to win the level (which will be repeatable this time unlike the training mission) to progress if you find Sarah struggling this would allow you to take the heat off her. Also it allows you to not attack in your round. Y'know...in case for some reason you don't want to win. Because.. er.. reasons? Um. Anyhoo, in short I'm trying to make it easier for you to win or lose - as you decide!
I've been using the render time this weekend to add to Chadwick's dom scene, which needed expanding. The overnights look pretty good from a quick check but I'll examine more closely and tweak as ness. These absolutely have to be aces else I'll lose immersion.
My main focus is to nail down the exact script and code this week tho. Sarah's VR and Chadders scene are the most complex from my coding perspective but there are two quite complex scenes at the start and the end that will require some focus. Breakfast time on Ophion this chapter is pretty complex...(but a lot of fun!)

I'm listening. Not only to the comments on the earlier poll question but also to what you have to say in various DM's. It's fairly obvious that I'm on the wrong side of the argument on this one tho....
Date of next chapter?
I'm aiming for the end of August. It will be tight and a lot will depend on how many renders I get right first time. With some 800 renders needed....well, let's see.

Hey there ! just an idea that popped up into my mind, regarding the long rendering times. Isn't there a way to set up a kind of web based private rendering farm so that you can use some of our graphic cards and computing power ? A similar thing has already been done for radio telescope data analysis (seti@home, at Berkley University) and i had joined it for a while. I wouldn't mind doing it again to help you if it means getting next chapter quicker. ^^ I found this https://www.crowd-render.com/ but i don't know much about what software you're using for H5...
