The dialogue about the Yotsubas not letting anyone lay a hand on one of them is a reference to the short story I mentioned before. The motivations of the main villain, the one giving Zhou his orders, come from these events, but I do not know if the anime will put them in this next arc. Second, a random comment: the artwork for the mobile suit in this episode reminds me of the Guyver.
