Portfolio Update

I'm having trouble adding all my ADA to Coinstats. I have tried adding receive addresses but it either shows 0 or a fraction of my total amount. I saw on reddit if you enter your staking reward address, it would show everything, but that didn't work either. How were you able to do it?

My first post! :) This is why I deleted coin stats. ALL my P/L Calcs were off, I would have to manually redo hundreds of transactions. So for now Im sticking to the free CoinGecko portfilio until I find a better solution. I just reconcile manually every few days. Helps me also get a firm grasp on all my positions...

Did Cardano grow to be that weighted or are you very bullish on it?

My guess is a mix, but he did say he did some tax loss harvesting recently. That said, the gains and losses on the screenshot are nothing that couldn't happen in any given day in crypto. They are all single digit percentage wise with the highest being around 7% (except that one he owns $18 worth... and I bet he hasn't had that long.)

This, Mine is currently more diversified, but I just got into crypto a couple months ago. I realized about a week ago that it would be a LOT easier to follow 10 or less projects rather than trying to learn about 20+ projects at once. I'll be shedding a lot of my smaller holdings next time the market begins to run up.

That's a lot of positions! Too much diversification for my liking. I like to run a concentrated portfolio where I know each position extremely well.

Awesome. Since you added some ADA, BTC, ETH in the past weeks, was the USD in your portfolios? I have a problem with coinstat with how it reports Profits/Losses. Let's say I have $10000 invested and I transfer $1000 from the bank to one of my portfolios, it shows as a 10% profit. SMH

Also be curious to know how much of these gains was more swing trades vs long term HODL?

I think a good variety of 10-15 top 20 type cryptos will fair the best longer term. The really small stuff is more of a moonshot

Thanks max! What do you consider "too diversified"? For a guy with a small bag of maybe 6k how many coins should they have to be both diversified but not spread too thin?
