Buy signal shadowed again and we have bounced off $411 thrice now.
I bought the Jan 2028 calls and sold the Jan 2028 Puts at $400 strike for a net debit of $45
My breakeven on the trade is $445 a mere 800 days from now. It may not be the bottom - but it is a very small position compared to my usual buys

I don't understand why James is buying on the left side of the dip. "Don't catch falling knives". I thought the advice (not advice!) was buy on the right hand side of the V (on the way up)

Hi brand new here with lots of questions. What is the benefit of this position vs just buying shares? I’m sure I’m missing something but it seems like it caps upside a lot while locking up almost the same amount of collateral. Will be happy to be corrected on this! Like I said I’ve got a lot to learn
