Progress update: Rough seas.
🕑 Added 2023-09-12 16:50:27 +0000 UTCCurrently feeling damn near the worst I've ever felt due to adaption period to new meds....no idea how long this is going to last... though I have to stay on the meds for at least 4 more weeks to know for sure T_T I have basically been completely non-functional for 5 days. Like...the worst, inconsolable dysphoria and depression that I've had in years...and It's so frustrating because the first week on the medication was AMAZING...like..the clearest, most energy I've ever had. the best attention span. I was responding better to work load, resting properly and sleeping better than I ever have.... But then suddenly my brain just became incapable of feeling anything but dysphoric sorrow....Which is apparently possibly normal and should resolve...but no idea how long that will take..
I feel better today than I did yesterday so that's good. Progress is good, even if slow

I was kinda doing okay until my dosage got raised then I suddenly crashed hard into the worst depression I've had in years. Possibly ever... Dropped back to once a day and feeling a little more alive.. But won't know for sure till the next few days.

If its the bupropion, i can say it can take a while. it took me several weeks to notice my mood starting to improve throughout the days, but it feels like its helped a lot since i started treatment
