I just rejoined after a very brief hiatus - how long does it usually take to have this month's bundle show up in my library? I can see all the stuff I've previously purchased, just not this most recent bundle.
This really is frustrating :/ From my side, I can only say that all the releases will be added for you automatically, and if something fails, I will do my best to fix everything retroactively so you are not at any loss. Fingers crossed you manage to find a solution!

I have had a period in which I switched over to MMF for a while and for some creators but, truth be told, I find their presentation very confusing and unappealing. Also, half my patreons are not on MMF (because they are not digital sculptors), so, yeah. But thanks for the suggestion. If it were just one or two, I wouldn't hesitate, but I'm talking 10+ currently
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm using a gmail account and still not all notifications get through. Perhaps this is not a direct solution to the problem, but have you considered using MMF Tribes instead of Patreon because of this? Most creators now have both, and the offers are the same on each. I guess MMF emails could be more reliably delivered, even if to your promotions or spam inbox.

I’m posting this on the pages of every Patreon I support. Sorry about that. I hope some creator (or patron) has the clout or ultimate tip to solve my problem. I have tried every troubleshooting tip in the book, as far as I can tell. Roughly a month ago, I stopped getting all mails from the Patreon domain. I can still access my account and settings, no problem. Starting two weeks ago, I have contacted support via the form several times, and once even had an automated reply coming through. I have tried changing my email address to my gmail one, but no verification mails came through to that one either. I have since subscribed to yet another Patreon, nothing came through. Now, I could manually check my feed a few times a day, which I now do religiously, but what about direct messages from creators, payment messages etc. In short, I’m completely stumped and frustrated. Thanks for any help or advice (outside the regular check Spam, Provider, contact support etc)

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, but I'm currently being plagued by the "no mails from Patreon" bug, as well. So I fail to get any notifications at all, for 10+ patreons :/

Anyone got any tips on how to get the customizer to work as expected? I've managed to download one out of ten attempts, so it "can" work, but refuses to do so consistently ;) It seems it only works for me when I refresh the customizer inbetween every "creation". Which isn't the end of the world, but I wonder if that was how it was conceived? Am I using the wrong browser (Chrome) or doing something wrong?
If you are on MacOS, please try 7zip. I just re-downloaded the file and it works fine, so I'm not sure what's wrong on your end.
Corrupted file also on 31, would also like separate shields from 32 please

Is anyone else having trouble downloading chapter 31 full pack from the website? I've tried 4 times using 2 different browsers and get a corrupt file everytime.

Does this come with blank shields? Would be really good if we could add our own iconography. It will expand the use a lot.
