Developer log: The Final Stretch & Billing

First things first, I'd like to state the obvious. This being that I greatly underestimated the time I needed for the update. I admittedly am way too ambitious for many things, especially when it comes to how long it takes for me to get things done. That's not to say that it won't be worth it, though. I'm proud of what I've put in the game so far, just not how long it's taking me.
Secondly, I'm resuming the billing on here. I would be lying if I said it isn't affecting me financially. If you don't like this then please feel free to cancel your subscription or downgrade to the lowest one. Whatever you may choose I appreciate you sticking by immensely.
NEW CHARACTERS & TRANSFORMATIONS
A decently large portion of work for this update was spent on new characters.
To put this into perspective, there are 7 new characters including Angeline, Faye, Leah, Natasha, Tracy and 2 secret ones, one of which has been teased.
Along with this, majority of these new characters and some existing characters (Artemis) will be transformed in the update or have their story set up to be.
SCENE VARIATION VIEWER
A new feature, for renders that have multiple variations. (e.g.: Renée & Jade)
Essentially allowing you to view and compare variations that you have unlocked of that specific shot. It works surprisingly well in renders that remain the same and are not different for each growth factor.

CHARACTER INTROS/UPDATES
A rather simple feature that introduces a newly met character or updates them whenever they go through growth.
PROGRESS UPDATE
Easily the most important part is my progress on the update. I'll say right away that I'm still working on an accurate date. But I'm aiming for this month. If not, then January.
I've been dying to get it out there and I cannot stress it enough that after the update is done, I'm changing my workflow to ensure an update will come out way sooner.

I may be new to the community and have a weaker voice then most but one thing I've seen from this patreon and on other sites is it doesn't seem like you intend to silently let the game die like seen with many others! Good luck

For most of them it will only be one stage, while the rest will only have introductions and setting them up for the growth, if that makes sense. I plan to have diverse ways of having these growths be applied to characters. :)

The original roadmap stated 2 additional stages for both of them and that hasn't changed. So, the update will give them 3 total stages. :) Thanks so much for your kind words, appreciate you! ❤️

Awesome to hear the progress and excited for the update! I can understand adding 7 new characters how that could be incredibly time consuming not just from a design perspective but also the sheer amount of time the high fidelity renders take. I believe for Renee and Jade there were going to be 3 additional stages is that still looking to be the case here? Totally understand if not with all the additional content but was curious.

FINALLY! And I mean that in a good way. I believe it is officially nearly half a year late but I think we all know its going go be worth it. SEVEN NEW CHARACTERS is insane. And new transformations for all. That's a massive MASSIVE update totally worth waiting months extra for! Home stretch! Take care of yourself, have a happy holidays too!
