Project Realism v0.3.0 - Early Access Release

First off, I very deeply apologize for all the delays and the false promises. I gave myself way too much to work on in a single update and I had a lot of scope creep going on which you will probably notice. I've learned my lesson to say the least and I truly aim to improve on all of this from this point forward.
Second, looking past how long it took, I'm very proud of where the game is at. In my very honest opinion, I've improved a lot on multiple aspects compared to 0.2 which this update certainly shows.
Third, I've said this for a while now but this update isn't adding multitudes of chapters to each character. It's still relatively limited in the amount of story added but there's plenty to do now. It also more clearly explains my intentions with most of the paths, which has always been quite the blind spot.
Lastly, I'm very very excited to be able to finally put this out there for you all, and I truly hope you enjoy your play through! (as bug free as possible, hopefully)
