My ex logged into my accounts today (don't know how) and stumbled upon messages and videos of my friend and I being intimate.
He lost his shit.
Now he is threatening to kill my friend and then himself. I have screenshotted every threat to possibly forward to authorities. I also noticed him trying to log into other accounts of mine. I am scared to tell my friend about these threats, but I also want him to be safe.
What do I do? Do I file a report to the police? He's completely unhinged. Please help.
I just got out of the hospital due to these series of events triggering one of the worst panic attacks in my life, I'm not thinking with a very clear head. Please help.
