Remember when I mentioned I was looking for a new hobby? ๐ง
Well, I decided to try paddleboarding! And Iโm surprised at how much I loooved it!! ๐๐๐
I didnโt even want to listen to music or talk to anyone ๐คซ It might sound a bit sad, but sometimes you really just need to be alone and listen to the sounds of nature ๐
My therapist once told me that rest and entertainment are actually two different things, and it's important to take time for yourself without your phone or any videos/games!
Honestly, after just two hours in silence, with the sound of the water, watching the lilies, dragonflies, and drifting with the current, I feel more refreshed than if Iโd stayed home watching YouTube ๐ฅฐ
You have to try it and let me know if you enjoyed paddleboarding! And definitely tell me how you feel after such a gadget-free break ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
Of course, I canโt do it all day, LOL, but a couple of hours? Pure bliss ๐คค
