How bad are your spasms? Can i see more of them when you’re barefoot?
The video is of me trying to shave my legs in the shower and shows some of the spasms I have e to deal with. They seem to come and go but thankfully, at the moment, I don’t get them too often.
They are easily triggered by positioning my foot so only my toes are on the ground, sometimes my feet go very hard and force this position. Usually they have to be stopped by someone else applying pressure on my upper leg/knee flattening my foot.
