Apparently all my tests came back normal, so the doctor is convinced that I could be coming down with an illness and that my breathing issues are caused by high stress and anxiety. I’m glad that I’m healthy but it’s pretty defeating to know my anxiety is so strong right now when I thought I had it under control. I’m going to take today to rest and relax so I can avoid this happening again. Thank you again for understanding guys, I really appreciate it 💋💕
