If this had been a year ago before I started getting accustomed to immersing myself in frigid water, I would have reacted harshly and tapped out after like 10 seconds.
I’ve mentioned this previously, but taking cold showers is both a mindfulness practice and healing modality, and it’s so fucking cool that I got to create art while doing it.
