Who else feels like they struggle with getting “out of their heads” and “into their bodies?” I know I do. Sometimes, when I am trying to have sex with someone… I cannot really be in the experience. I find myself observing or critiquing everything. I am going through the motions, but my heart is not really in it. Anyone else ever have this?
This technique can help us do better. Finding “Embodiment” is a long journey for many of us… but it is a worthwhile skill for us to cultivate.
