I think I need to start seeing a therapist again as my depression and insomnia have gotten pretty bad and I can’t get out of bed until the afternoon and I can’t sleep at night. I’m going to be posting but I’ll be slow responding to messages. If you feel the need to cancel your subscription because I’ve been unable to post almost every day like usual, I totally understand and have no hard feelings at all.
