I’m so cheeeezy for good vegan food 😆
*Step 1: Start with organic black beans, (or pinto) heat on medium & MASH with whisk (this is your base)
*Step 2: Added @tofuttibrands “sour cream”
*Step 3: Add avocado or guac 🥑
*Step 4: Add cashew queso sauce (optional since shredded cheese finishes it) 🧀
*Step 5: Pico de Gallo! 🍅
*Step 6: Lettuce, cilantro, whatever greens 🥬 garnish
*Step 7: @daiyafoods shredded cheddar cheese (you could add black olives or peppers or anything as well if you opt out of the queso layer dip)
