π£ so I've been really struggling with jetlag since coming home (about 4hrs of sleep every night) but thankfully, I feel very healthy mentally even though I have low energy and have to catch up with lots of appointments π₯±
I'm still optimistic I should be back to 100% by the end of the week π thank you so much for your support π
