Stomach capacity training - I regularly stretch out my stomach so that I can keep eating massive meals. Last night after dinner, dessert and a few small snacks I stretched my stomach out with 3 litres of water! To be honest this really hurt towards the end, you can hear me moaning more and more with each litre of water I drink! My stomach was trying to fight back and stop me swallowing but a pushed through, I didn’t think I would finish it but I managed 💪 My stomach was so stretched! One more drop and I would be in trouble! My belly felt tight as a drum…..It’s hard work but at least I’ll be able eat big in the future!!
