Being angry is a symptom of PTSD and what sucks is how you don't process trauma when you're in fight or flight which I've been in consistently for the past year till very recentlyAnd so now I'm getting the nightmares, flashbacks, anger, all the symptom's of me trying to process the trauma coming on full force. It's a problem. Has kept me from even working a lot lately like for days to a week in a row at a time and then when I do go on I don't seem happy cuz I'm not and people don't like or pay for that usually.
