Whatever you do today, as with every holiday, I always say to make sure you add something in that celebrates YOU too. The thing about holidays is they quickly become about everyone ELSE & making everyone else happy, that we can lose sight of ourselves for an entire month (or week or however) long! Donβt do that. Love yourself more than that. Maybe I should talk about boundaries next? What do you think? π€
