It is a Japanese hot pot that can be eaten with a wide variety of items. With many of you located around the world, I wanted to share one of my favorite dishes from here. I hope you enjoy :)
My familyβs recipes consist of:
Mushrooms
Salmon
Bamboo Root
Shrimp
Scallop
Tofu
Noodles
(sometimes we have whole crab in it aswell, but it is currently not in season here)
