Personal note, if you want to get to know me more. I'm having a hard time with work. I've experienced racism and bullying, not from my students, but from the staff. I cannot tolerate. In a country that is half Indian, half Black, mixed (Indian and black which we call dougla) and the other 5% is white. The 5% are my coworkers.
I don't think in 2022 I should tolerate being spoken to like an animal, like I'm not a person. Even though I am overqualified with my degrees and experience teaching.
To stay, goes against all that I stand for.
The good thing is, I'll have more time to be on here, make more content and interact with you.
