Bath time for me is always sacred.
This video will relax you, arouse you and maybe even educate you about the importance of integration.
After any peak experience, especially a sexual one, I try to find the time to integrate. This gives my body, mind, spirit and nervous system a chance to come back into alignment.
It also gives me a chance to re-experience the pleasure all over again, in a way that relaxes and nourishes my entire system.
