I know you guys probably donβt care cuz this is for ππ¦π¦π¦ but thereβs 10,000+ of you here so if any of you can send me good vibes, Iβd appreciate it. The plus side of having such a low Bodyfat %, is that lumps/bumps under my skin are noticeable and I have a marble sized ball on my back dimple on the right side. While it doesnβt hurt to touch, whenever I bend over it hurts in that spot π«π«π« I donβt know how long itβs been there but I just happened to catch the bump while looking in the mirror before I jumped in the shower. I just hope itβs nothing serious. I go to the doctor on Thursday and Iβm hoping it either shrinks and goes away by then or at least doesnβt get bigger π
Iβll be fully back to posting tomorrow though. I had sleep paralysis twice last night (almost getting murdered both times so wtf is going on idk) and so I was just exhausted all day today. If youβve never experienced sleep paralysis then consider yourself lucky. Itβs been happening more frequently for me lately and I even had it happen on a flight once. Scariest fucking thing ever omg.
