a couple things....
1. ALWAYS wash your mushrooms..i was not thinking
2. i didnt realize you should mix canned coconut milk before using (who would've thought?)
3. yes.... i was very bloated..dont judge me.
i read a lot of recipes for curry and did not like the sound of any so i kinda just added what i thought sounded good but it turned out great and i loved it! thank you @T for the suggestion! It will now be a recipe i make more often at home!
