In the mountain town San Jose del Pacífico, I did a traditional temezcal ceremony for an emotional & physical cleanse! There were 4 rounds - the first round represented FIRE: representing our spirit & the door to give thanks to the grand spirit & Mother Earth.
Second round represented AIR: representing our breath & it is the door to our family where we want to wish them good health & think of how much they mean to us.
Third round represented EARTH: representing our human body & the door dedicated to our friends & foes, where we want to wish our friends good things & find it in ourselves to forgive our foes.
Fourth & final round represented WATER: representing our 🩸 , dedicated to our ego. This door is also called the door of our own death where we must die in order to be reborn.
