Tight Shirt after eating 4 plates of Thai food
I went to a restaurant and ate a menu together with my family. I forgot to take a picture of the maindish. I discovered this after I ate it. it was so delightful. Can't even wait to eat a menu on Sunday again for another celebration.

Yes! I gained 1 kg and now my current weight is 95kg. I went from 87 kg in March to 95 kg now. Coming closer to 100 again.
