Fairies never lose
Ming Ming's weakness is she craves for compliments, and she's in a competition with Lili for the title of the prettiest of all fairies. A few compliments (or flattery) about her look, and she's happy.They are not even lying, actually.
Know their weakness
When you know their weakness, when you know how to tempt them, fairies are not that dangerous. they're simple creatures. And like drows, they don't learn very fast.

The fairy is happy and we are all safe (from her). Everybody wins.
