Excuse my confused face. I'd recorded a few minutes showing off the ingredients but was accidentally filming in time lapse mode. Switching up the bedtime shake to try and get even more calories in the tank.

Hey everyone. I thought I'd share a little update since I haven't posted in a while. It really sucks but I've been dealing with some health issues that landed me in the ER. I'm back home now but in some pretty intense pain. Doctors are confident I'll be back to normal before too ...

I'm back and Bigger
took a couple weeks with my family, but I'm back now and ready to spend the winter getting absolutely massive.
