Do you remember time when I did ballet π©°?
I start practicing when I moved to Dnipro in 2017. One year of practice and it was wonderful experience. But then I decided to start doing yoga with Helen (she worked in this ballet studio) and now I do yoga almost 6 years!!

4 hours of spa was so good that I donβt remember anything because I felt asleep on massage and in Turkish hammam stream room. It is very interesting variation of sauna but it also includes rituals. Very helps to recover after stress.
