Tier adjustments
heya all! I changed up the "shiny" and "lustrous" tiers a bit:- shiny is cheaper, and has an extra perk- lustrous is cheaper, and doesn't have any special perks anymore.I'll delete the old versions of these tiers in a week to give people time to switch, if they need. smooch
