I am sorry guys i have been aways for like a month. But i am doing my medical check. I am done with that and i am feeling great. I have lost 10-11 kilos so, let's get me back to 141 kg.

Yeaterday i weight myself after 2 weeks of illness. And apparently i hit my goal of 140kg. Now i can say i am twice my side from 2020. Should i go for doble my starting weight in gaining? 160 kg?
