DongHwan Patch

This is just a quick fix for those of you who insist on using outdated mugen versions lol. If you get a crash when trying to use DongHwan, this should fix it.make sure you BACK YOUR CURRENT DongHwan.sff UP and then rename this file to DongHwan.sff to replace the old one.
